Policy
At TSIA, we work on behalf of our members to ensure our collective ideas are progressing through the legislative and rulemaking process. Our board has set these ongoing goals:
- Increase the value of the inspection to the customer and quality of life to all in the community in which you and your family live, work and play.
- Increase the net revenue in the Emissions inspection program to the inspection stations to compensate for the increasing rise in our cost of doing business.
- Assist law enforcement and State Agencies in eliminating fraud and illegal inspections in Texas.
By working together, we can make the State inspection process better, have a voice in rules and regulations governing the inspection program and help insure program integrity.
